This is a workshop for anyone who has some experience in yin yoga and would like to develop deep hip-opening to gain better mobility and stability in the lower body. Yin Yoga focuses on working the hips to allow better coordination of hips, knee and ankle. This allows the feet to have good connection with the earth to better support the spine and the entire upper body.
Hips opening is important for anyone who likes to ease off tension of the lower back as well as the neck and shoulders. The body is connected as a whole and it will be important for us to go through this process to gain better structural alignment over time.
