This is a course for anyone who is keen to learn how to connect Yin Yoga for pranayama and meditation practices. Selected poses that support better sitting, spinal extension and energy movement are practiced before the introduction to a set of yin pranayama and guided meditation. The pranayama will be syllabus sounds from Daoist Six Healing Sounds and arm movements.
