Forwards is the fundamental flexion of the body to allow the body to achieve maximum freedom. Flexion is the first movement of our joints when we are babies. It is due to a good flexion of the hips that allows the body to stand up and stay strong in his poise. In addition, forward bends are important for the spine to stay supple as we age.
