This is a 10-week course that integrates Yin Yoga and Qigong energy circulation practice. It will be suitable for beginners and it targets major joints in the body for structural improvement. Anyone who would likes to improve on their body contour, alignment and be relieved from aches and pains should join this course.
Energy circulation Qigong movement ensures movement stimulate the five vital organs in the body (Heart, Liver, Kidneys, Lungs and Spleen meridians). It takes the expression of the five elements theory to achieve maximum reach to the peripherals of the body by taking different movement strokes to circulate the Qi throughout the whole body.
The practice is based on Chinese Medicine Meridian Theory and Daoist Energy Healing work.
