"Qigong is a way of energy circulation in the body. It requires the body to be relax and find its organic movement. The joints need to move in their natural range of motion without creating resistance. The Qigong masters mentioned that “if one aims to cultivate Qi, then no strength should be engaged. When one aims to activate strength then Qi will not be cultivated”.

Arms is the body part that guide and float Yang energy in the body. Hence, they have to be loosen in order to effectively guide the Qi. Our journey will begin by working to loosen neck and shoulder intensively.

The Qigong set will be based on 8 Broacde Movement that targets the 12 meridians in the body. We will take it one step at a time and work through the basics of this sequence in this 10-week programme.

You will achieve overall flexibility in the upper body and strength in the lower body. The Qigong intend to provide yin-yang balance and strengthening of the internal organs over time. Join us to find out more."
