This is a zoom meeting practice to explore the journey of developing both healthy forwardbends and backbends with structural integrity. As we know, yogis want to developed their spines on both flexibility and strength as it is the centre of the body. Also, the spine house all our motor functions, and it is directly connected with the brain. When the spine is healthy, it brings all goodness to the development of the brain.

I will use yin yoga to help you access greater mobility on the spine by preparing the spine for taking healthy back extensions in both directions of a forward and back bends. The goal is to develop more movement capabilities on the spine without excessive compressing any part of the vertebrae. We are looking at extension with softness and not mechanically extend the spine forward.
