This is a one hour practice that will take you through the journey of silence, stillness & being. The idea to bring oneself into the wakeful state by working on a practice the systematically leads one's mind into meditation.
We will begin with Qigong to loosen the body, improve grounding of energy and energy circulation to improve the quality of the body to come into stillness.
The second part leads one into the breath management and retention based on Daoist Six Healing Sounds. Finally, we will take a short contemplation on the centre of the body. There are various centres according to Daoist meditation and each has its own impact in energy consolidation. Over the 10 classes, you will be introduced to each of these centres to improve energy consolidation.
