This is a weekly Yin Yoga Class with emphasis on breathing. The class will go through a series of breathing exercises and help students understand the importance of correct breathing and how to incorporate the breathing into each yin yoga poses.
Correct breathing brings integrity to the spine and overall structure of the body. It brings good postural alignment and helps the body to better find its ground and support. Breathing also helps in calming the mind and body that promotes good sleep and deep relaxation.
